7. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

Your personal data is primarily stored and processed in Singapore. Where we transfer personal data to recipients located outside Singapore, we will take steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, including:

  • Obtaining your consent for the transfer where required;
  • Ensuring the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide comparable protection; or
  • Relying on applicable exemptions under the PDPA.

8. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:

  • Enquiry and contact form data: Up to 24 months from last interaction, unless a client relationship is established.
  • Client engagement records: Duration of the engagement plus 7 years for legal and accounting compliance.
  • Analytics and cookie data: Up to 13 months from collection.
  • Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period to process the withdrawal.

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Protection of Personal Data

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. These measures include:

  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit;
  • Role-based access controls and authentication requirements;
  • Regular security assessments and staff training on data protection;
  • Incident response procedures for suspected data breaches.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

10. Accuracy of Personal Data

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data collected is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that personal data you provide to us is current and accurate. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details.

11. Access and Correction

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control;
  • Request correction of any error or omission in your personal data;
  • Request information about the ways in which your personal data has been used or disclosed within the year preceding your request.

Access and correction requests should be submitted to our DPO at [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing access requests as permitted under the PDPA. We will respond to your request within 30 days, or inform you if an extension is required.

12. Withdrawal of Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our DPO. Upon receiving your withdrawal, we will cease processing your personal data for the relevant purpose unless continued processing is permitted or required under the PDPA or other applicable law.

13. Do Not Call Registry

If you have registered your Singapore telephone number with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, we will not send marketing messages to that number unless you have provided clear and unambiguous consent or where an applicable exception under the PDPA applies. 14. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals or is of significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required under the PDPA and applicable subsidiary legislation.
